1. Does Choose your man and van supply moving packing materials ?

No,sorry we do not provide packing materials.

2. What is the minimum charge I can book with you?

There is a 2 Hours minimum charge, any additional time should be charged per half hour .

3. Do drivers dismantle and re-assemble office or house furniture ?

Yes,We can help you with dismantling or reassembling your furniture when you move. Please let us know if you would like us to assist you with this when making your booking.

4. Do I have to book in advance?

We advise that you book as soon as possible ,to ensure reliable services, ensure availability, it's best to book a man with a van in advance.

5. Can I travel with the driver?

Yes,you can travel with the driver at no extra charge if there is a seat available.

6. Is there anything that wouldn't move?

We don't transport live animals and hazards materials.

7. Do you move pianos?

Yes.we can move pianos from ground to ground floor.or if a lift is available.

8. Can I cancel my booking?

Cancelling within 2 hours of your booking being made. You will receive a full refund for the booking. Cancelling after 12 hours of your booking being made, you are liable to pay the full job amount .

9. Does my quote include congestion charge?

No,but if your booking begin or ends on the congestion charge zone an additional £15.00 for the Congestion Charge , and to paid directly to your driver .

10. Are there any hidden charges?

We can guarantee that there are no hidden charges.

11. Can I make stops between collection and delivery ?

Yes, simply click the add(stop point) button on the quote page.

12. Can you help me move my Business ?

YES, we do help move small businesses.

13. Can you provide sameday movers?

Yes, we always have movers available and waiting.

14. Do my quotes include ferry costs?

If the driver needs to use a ferry to complete your job they will ask for additional charges on the day.

15. Can I amend my quote after submitting?

Certainly, that’s not a problem.  send us an email or give our customer support team a call .

16. What if my stuff/ furniture does not fit into one van ?

No problem,we can do multi trips at extra charge ,we charge per additional stop.
