1. How do I sign up as a Transport Partner?
Register online through Drivers -Join Us!
2. Is it free to join Choose Your Man And Van?
Absolutely nothing. It is FREE to sign up as a Transport Provider.
3. What kind of vehicle do I need to have?
You can use any vehicle suitable for the relevant work. Luton Van, Transit Long Wheel Base, Medium And Small van.
4. What kind of jobs does Choose Your Man And Van do?
We move, anything, anywhere!
5. What documents do I need?
All of our Transport Providers are required to have a valid Driving License. Goods In Transit Cover, Public Liability insurance, And Motor Insurance.
6. How do I upload my documents?
Upload the images of your documents when you sign up, during the registration process.
7. How do I get paid?
You are paid by directly into your bank account every week
8. How do I make changes to my Choose Your Man And Van account?
Through your online account profile dashboard
9. What do I do if my van breaks down before or during a booking?
If your van has broken down and you can not get to your booking ,contact Choose Your Man And Van as soon as possible....
10. What happens if I can not do a booking?
If you can not do a booking contact choose man and van as soon as possible
11. Can customers travel in the van?
Yes,you can travel with the driver at no extra charge if there is a seat available
12. How do I cancel a job?
You can cancel a job through your online account, there is a £10.00 minimum charge + any extra money we have to pay another service provider to complete the booking.
13. Do I need to carry any tools and equipment in the van?
Yes, Customers will expect you to have a minimum of tool box ,trolley, straps different sizes and blankets and ratchet straps on your van.
14. Will I be notified of work?
Yes, Choose will send you email notifications and text message
15. Do I get paid for ULEZ
Choose Your Man And Van don't PAY drivers for ULEZ charges
16. How do I receive a confirmation of the jobs that I have booked?
You will receive a text message and an email confirming that you have been allocated to the job.
17. Can I refuse to transport certain items?
Yes,you can refuse to transport items such Animals ,Gases,hazardous,Fuel , dangerous, flammable liquids or illegal Goods
18. Do I get paid for congestion charge ?
If your journey begins or ends in the congestion zone you should charge the customer an extra £15
19. Do I get paid for Toll charge?
Yes, this is the customer responsibility to pay you the tool charge in cash
20. Do I get paid for Parking fees?
Yes, this is the customer responsibility to pay you the parking fee in cash
